Concierge Live Assistant
Our Concierge Live Assistant Service allows you to ask sales questions directly to our team. It is currently in beta stage and available from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. We welcome your feedback and testing during this time.
It is important for us to note that this is not a technical support chat. Concierge is for sales only and directional customer service. We will not be answering any questions about billing due to privacy reasons so accounting questions must be handled through our helpdesk only at this time. We will be unveiling a tech chat from within your own cPanel or account areas. This is in the works for December 2008.
